About
Chris entered SAARA from the Royal New Zealand Navy, augmenting the company’s executive level strength and bringing career-long experience to his key responsibilities; strategic planning, quality control and most importantly managing personnel. He is an experienced communicator with a track record of developing values-based culture in diverse communities internationally.
With over 40 years of leadership experience gained across the corporate environment, the military, and volunteer-based organisations, Chris adds a teaching, training, coaching and mentoring component to this team-based organization. Helping SAARA to articulate core values and the ongoing development of an authentic and actionable company culture has been core to his wider efforts with the team, helping to guide consistent professional behaviours and provide a foundation for commercial branding and business legacy.
